We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $75 and free local pickup. For orders under $75.00, a flat-rate shipping fee of $8.95 applies, including shipments to AK, HI, and PR.
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume periods, please allow extra time.
We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or defective. In the rare case this happens, we’ll replace the item with the same product. To request a replacement, email us at hello@wildwickscandles.com within 14 days of delivery and we’ll take care of the rest.
