Returns & Replacements

Each Wild Wicks candle is hand-poured in small batches. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on used items.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Once approved, we will send a replacement of the same scent and size at no additional cost.

Due to the personal nature of fragrance, we cannot offer exchanges based on scent preference.
