Are Wild Wicks candles safe for the whole family?

Yes! All our candles and sprays are made with non-toxic ingredients, free from phthalates, parabens, dyes, and harsh chemicals. They’re designed for clean, safe living.

Why does the top of my soy candle look uneven once it cools?

Soy wax naturally creates a textured or frosted surface as it cools — a sign it’s free from stabilizers or additives. This won’t affect burn quality or scent throw. For best results, let the wax melt edge-to-edge on the first burn.

Can I reuse or recycle the candle vessels?

Absolutely! Once your candle is finished, clean out the jar with warm, soapy water. Our vessels are perfect for repurposing as planters, storage jars, or votives — or recycle them through your local glass and metal program.

What makes your room sprays different?

Our room sprays are made with clean, non-toxic, phthalate free fragrance oils — no aerosols, synthetic dyes, or harsh chemicals or solvents. They’re designed to gently refresh your space without overwhelming it.

How do I get the most out of my room spray?

Shake gently before each use. Spray approximately 12" from fabrics or into open air. Avoid direct application to delicate fabrics. A patch test is always recommended. For longer-lasting scent, use in smaller or enclosed areas.

What’s the best way to burn my candle for performance?

To ensure a clean, even burn:

• Allow the candle to burn for a full 4 hours during the first burn. The melt pool of the candle may not reach all edges of the jar until the second or third burn.

• ALWAYS Trim the wick to ¼” before each use. 

• If at any point you notice high flames or soot / smoke emitting from your candle, blow it out, trim the wick and re-light.

• Avoid burning longer than 4 hours at a time

Yes — all Wild Wicks products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We never test on animals, and every ingredient is thoughtfully selected for both safety and sustainability.
