PRODUCT INFORMATION
Each WildWicks candle is hand-poured in Florida using 100% soy wax, cotton wicks, and non-toxic fragrance oils. Choose from our mini tins for a soft glow in small spaces, 4 oz decorative tins for everyday use, or our 8 oz matte jars for long-lasting ambiance.
CANDLE CARE
To have the best and safest burn:
- Always trim your wick to 1/4” before each use and remove any excess carbon build up.
- If you notice a high flame, soot/smoke, blowout candle trim and re-light.
- Allow the wax to melt fully across the surface on the first burn to avoid tunneling.
- Always burn your candle on a flat, heat-safe surface.
- Never burn a candle for longer than 4 hours.
- Never leave a candle unattended or burn it near drafts, children, or pets.
INGREDIENTS
We use a clean-burning blend of U.S.-grown soy wax, lead-free cotton wicks, and phthalate-free fragrance oils. Every ingredient is chosen to be safe for you, your home, and the air you breathe.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $75 and free local pickup. For orders under $75.00, a flat-rate shipping fee of $8.95 applies, including shipments to AK, HI, and PR.
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume periods, please allow extra time.
We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or defective. In the rare case this happens, we’ll replace the item with the same product. To request a replacement, email us at hello@wildwickscandles.com within 14 days of delivery and we’ll take care of the rest.
